Clothing: Given a choice, Jullianne wears gothic Victorian dresses, typically all-black, but occasionally with red or purple. When the situation demands something more practical (i.e. always), she instead wears black cargo pants, steel-toe boots, and a hoodie. She is less than thrilled with the look, but it gets the job done.
Weapons:
-Model 65 Smith&Wesson snubnose revolver, kept in purse or pocket
-Beretta 92FS semi-automatic pistol w/silencer, for those missions where "subtle" is not a concern
-Steyr Elite sniper rifle
-2xStilletos, hidden in the steel-toe boots of her practical outfit or else forming the actual heels of her high heels. In the latter case, a plastic nub is attached to the point of each to prevent them from dulling.
According to Rowan, only one of these weapons is supplied by the Vatican. I'm not sure if that's going to be significant, but if it is, the Beretta is Vatican-supplied, the rest were just purchased with the Vatican's money.
Equipment (note: while a lot of this stuff has super-secret spy disguise variations, if she's going to be carting around a sniper rifle anyway, Jullianne's hardly going to bother disguising her lockpicks as a pallette of eye shadow):
-Four tubes of lipstick, each modified to about four inches long, shades True Red (LS-14), Boysenberry (LS-23), Black Cherry (LS-22), and Black (LS-17), known to people who are not Jullianne as red, purple, more different red, and...Well, black. The red and black tubes are actually lipstick, while the purple tube is actually a small electric power drill (parts are somewhat fragile, battery life is about ~3 minutes) and the blue tube contains several bits.
-An eye shadow pallette with a fake base beneath which is a set of lockpicks.
-A small bottle of pills, ostensibly for headaches, which are actually lethally poisonous.
-A small container of tic-tacs which are actually headache inducing poisons.
-A jailbroken iPhone with several black hat programs installed.
-TIG-7 nightvision goggles
