My Absence on Saturday

I apologize for my absence on Saturday. Something with family came up, and they had the decency to wait until eight hours in advance before telling me about something that took up several days' worth of time. I'll be here again for Thursday.

Well, we can't really blame you for familial commitments. I had my "Mal was sleeping" stick out, and was ready to use it.

I knew on Thursday there was a possibility I might not be able to make it on Saturday (read: today), but decided not to bring it up because I told myself that I could make the schedule fit. It turns out I couldn't make the schedule fit. Oops.

I haven't got an actual, legitimate excuse for missing the Thursday session. I just lost track of time and generally had kind of a bad day, and I'm really not even sure why. Just felt unmotivated a lot.

Regardless, my apologies. Now shooting for Saturday...

It says something (to me at least) that you came back later and apologized. So for that, I don't mind as much, though there was a lot of skepticism about your absence at the time.

Is there anything we can do to help you feel more motivated?

I have been awake for thirty-six hours and I do not feel tired at all. I cannot fall asleep, though not for lack of trying. I get the feeling I'm about to have an absurdly huge crash and it might take me out through gametime. Or maybe not. We'll see.

EDIT: I might not be here either. There's some pretty heavy stuff going on, and my support is required. I might still be online, if I can find an open wifi connection. (Note to self, learn how to crack wifi connections).
